Assignment

Re-run homework 1 but through using parallelization on the cluster. You can either use (1) single-threading across multiple cores/nodes or (2) a call to slurmR.

For your submission, turn in the following:

1. Turn in all scripts

2. Write a report that says how you ran your slurm call. Describe how the cluster is performing parallelization.

3. Include in your report the Table 2 as done in homework 1.
