extract_database_results

epiworldpy.extract_database_results(db, *whats)

Collect several results from a database into one dictionary.

Parameters:

• db (DataBase) – The database, from Model.get_db().

• *whats (str) – The results to collect: "total_hist", "virus_hist", "tool_hist", "transition", "transmission", "reproductive", or "generation" (see the corresponding DataBase methods).

Returns:

The results, keyed by the names in whats, ready for the write_db_results_* functions.

Return type:

dict

Raises:

ValueError – If a name in whats is not supported.
